We offer High-Efficiency HEPA composite filter screens and recommend you replace your HEPA filters after every 3000 hours (about every 125 days of continuous operation). Please note, both filters provided in this replacement set are required for each filter change. 

As an added feature, the NSpire Pro Premium Air Purifier System will remind you when it’s time to replace your H13 HEPA filters (and clean the primary effect filter). When the machine runs to the given time, the indication lamp on the panel will light up, signaling that it’s time to replace your filter.

A reminder on overall filter maintenance for the NSpire PRO Premium Air Purifier system:

To replace the H13 HEPA air filter screen: Turn off the power and remove the plug from the socket. Open the rear cover and take off the primary effect filter screen. According to the panel replacement indication, take out the HEPA composite filter screen from the machine frame and put a new filter screen into the filter screen frame in sequence, then install the filter components back on the purifier.

Primary effect filter screen: Under normal use, you should clean this filter every two to three months (cleaning frequency is decided by wind speed, air pollution degree, and accumulative time). Please clean regularly, otherwise, the efficiency of your NSpire PRO Premium will be affected. It’s convenient (and a good idea) to clean this filter when you’re replacing your H13 HEPA filter.

To clean the primary effect filter screen: Turn off the power, and remove the plug from the socket. Put your hand on the handle and pull outward at an angle, and lift up the rear cover and take it off the purifier. Pull out the primary effect filter screen lightly by holding the two slides, and then pull up it, being careful to not make dust fly.

The dust can be removed by vacuum cleaner or brush, or be washed by water or detergent if it’s very dirty; install it back on the purifier after it’s dried. (Don’t bend during the cleaning process to avoid damage.)

Install the filter components back on the product: first put the HEPA composite filter screen, primary effect filter screen, front cover in corresponding positions, and insert the inserted pieces into corresponding card slots, then shut the front cover. Connect the power and in ON status, press and hold the filter screen key for 5 seconds to reset.
