Shipping to any location in the Continental US is free for orders above $100. There is a standard shipping charge of $18 for orders that are below $100.
You can email your tax-exemption / reseller certificate to firstname.lastname@example.org along with your order and we would send you a special quote with tax removed. Alternatively, if you register an account with us, we would update your account so the tax is removed from all your future orders.

We have our products in stock at our warehouses across the continental US. Our products are manufactured here in the USA, or from China, Malaysia and Vietnam.

Yes, we can provide special offers for bulk orders – please feel free to email us your requirements to email@example.com with the list of products and order quantity and we would prepare a special quote for you.
We usually have the listed products in stock and would ship them to you on the next business day. If we don’t have sufficient stock to fulfill your order, our average turnaround time would be 7-10 days.
If you order by 12:00 PM EST time (Mon.-Fri.) from anywhere in the continental United States, your order will ship on the same day. Orders placed after that time, will be shipped on the next business day.
We are using ground shipping for the orders. Orders would be shipped from our warehouse in Los Angeles, California and a tracking number will be provided on the same day.
For orders that are above MoQ, shipping is included, but for orders below the MoQ, a small shipping and handling fee would be added.
Returns & Refund
Vizocare is committed to customer satisfaction. Each return that meets our guidelines below will receive a full refund within 30 days.
To ensure quality and maintain integrity in the event of damaged or discrepant orders, please review the following guidelines carefully.
Refunds can be made within 30 days after we have received the returned shipment. If you are exchanging an item, we will send the new item to you if we have the item in stock; otherwise, we will send you a refund.
If your items are damaged, defective or incomplete, a request for a return or refund must be made within 7 business days of the original date of receipt. In the event of a mistake, we will do our best to ensure returns are handled quickly and fairly.
The items needed to be exchanged or returned must be shipped back to us within 7 days upon receipt of items, at your expense. The items must have original tags attached, must be unused, and you must send your receipt from purchase. Items are to be shipped prepaid, insured, and securely wrapped to prevent damage. VizoCare will not be responsible for items lost in transit back to us. Shipping and handling is non-refundable.
