The AirMed 3 air purifier is our smallest unit packed with the most chemical and odor fighting filtration you can find in a compact air cleaner. It has double the filtration capacity of our AirMed 1 and a Super HEPA filter for particles. It’s ideal for those who need more heavy-duty filtration in a portable format.

Do I need Exec Carbon or Vocarb Carbon?

Choose Exec for standard air cleaning.
Choose Vocarb for higher pollution levels, VOCs, chemicals (formaldehyde, etc.), fumes, and odors. Contact us for specific chemicals. We have over 40 blends of carbon for specific pollutants.
