Do you have a minimum order quantity for all of your items?

Yes, we do. But we also entertain purchases below the minimum quantity. To order, please email

Do you accept Purchase Orders?

Yes, we do accept Purchase Orders from Federal and Local Government Agencies.

I am Tax Exempt – how can I remove the tax from my order?

You can email your tax-exemption / reseller certificate to along with your order and we would send you a special quote with tax removed. Alternatively, if you register an account with us, we would update your account so the tax is removed from all your future orders.

Where can I obtain FDA certification/SDS for Vizocare products?

These are all available - please email your request to and we would email you a copy.

Where are your products coming from? Are those in the country?

We have our products in stock at our warehouses across the continental US. Our products are manufactured here in the USA, or from China, Malaysia and Vietnam.

I am a reseller but can’t see my reseller rates when I want to place an order?

You would need to sign in to your reseller account to see the reseller rates. In order to become a VIZOCARE Affiliate, please email us at with subject “Interested in Vizocare Affiliate Program”. The process is simple and can be completed in 24 hours.

Do you provide special discounts for large orders?

Yes, we can provide special offers for bulk orders – please feel free to email us your requirements to with the list of products and order quantity and we would prepare a special quote for you.

What is the average delivery time after I place my order?

We usually have the listed products in stock and would ship them to you on the next business day. If we don’t have sufficient stock to fulfill your order, our average turnaround time would be 7-10 days.    

When will my order ship?

If you order by 12:00 PM EST time (Mon.-Fri.) from anywhere in the continental United States, your order will ship on the same day. Orders placed after that time, will be shipped on the next business day.

When will I receive my order?

We are using ground shipping for the orders. Orders would be shipped from our warehouse in Los Angeles, California and a tracking number will be provided on the same day.

What is an Estimated Shipping Charge?

For orders that are above MoQ, shipping is included, but for orders below the MoQ, a small shipping and handling fee would be added.

VizoCare is committed to customer satisfaction. Each return that meets our guidelines below will receive a full refund within 30 days.

To ensure quality and maintain integrity in the event of damaged or discrepant orders, please review the following guidelines carefully.

Exchange and Returns policy

If your items are damaged, defective or incomplete, a request for a return or refund must be made within 7 business days of the original date of receipt. In the event of a mistake, we will do our best to ensure returns are handled quickly and fairly.

The items needed to be exchanged or returned must be shipped back to us within 7 days upon receipt of items, at your expense. The items must have original tags attached, must be unused, and you must send your receipt from purchase. Items are to be shipped prepaid, insured, and securely wrapped to prevent damage. VizoCare will not be responsible for items lost in transit back to us. Shipping and handling is non-refundable.

Refunds can be made within 30 days after we have received the returned shipment. If you are exchanging an item, we will send the new item to you if we have the item in stock; otherwise, we will send you a refund.
